The Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center is home to countless expositions, sporting events, competitions, private dinners and much more. As a current or future customer, we are committed to assisting you in every aspect of your event planning. We take great pride in our customer service and we are anxious to begin working closely with you.

At the complex, we rent event space and related services such as tables and chairs, utilities, etc. We entrust our exclusive food and beverage provider, C & J Catering to assist you with all of your catering and food service needs. Starting as two woman operation in 2005, C&J Catering has since grown to become a reputable, reliable and recognized catering and events company in Central Pennsylvania. In addition to private events and receptions, C&J Catering manages multiple commercial kitchens, cafes, micromarkets and venues in the area.

Our Event Guide should serve as a starting point in planning a large event at the complex. It is designed to answer the most frequently asked questions by Event Managers.

Compliance for Fertilizer, Feed, Seed, and Pet Food Vendors at your event: The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry, is responsible for overseeing registration of Agronomic Products such as feed, fertilizers and seed and also Plant Merchant licensing program within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you have vendors that are selling feed, pet food, pet treats, fertilizer, seed or plants and nursery stock, please provide this document to them, regarding licensing regulations.

Meetings and Conference Guide

It's our goal to make certain that you have a successful event, and pre-planning is a critical component in achieving that objective. To that end, we have developed this Conference and Meeting Planning Document to assist you with your smaller meetings and conferences.
