Admission is free!

The best time to arrive is between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. The busiest times are weekends, and weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

There is a $15 parking fee at all Farm Show Complex-operated lots. The two Farm Show offsite parking lots available are:
  1. East of the complex at the intersection of Elmerton Avenue and Sycamore Street, parking is available every day of the show.
  2. Harrisburg Area Community College parking lot on Wildwood Park Drive, directly North of the complex. Parking is available every day of the show.
Remember to write down the name of your parking lot, and general location of your vehicle.

Be prepared for heavy vehicle and pedestrian congestion! Follow the PennDOT traffic signs to open parking lots. These signs are on all major roads leading to the complex and are updated throughout the day. For everyone’s safety, please follow directions given by parking guards and cross streets at marked crossings.

Free shuttle service is available; shuttles are easily identified by the name of the parking lot.

There is a free, round-trip shuttle service available between the complex and downtown Harrisburg on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Handicapped parking is available at all parking lots operated by the Farm Show Complex.

Free manual wheelchairs are available at the security desk, on a first-come first-served basis.

Only service dogs are permitted at the facility during the Farm Show. No dogs are permitted in the poultry area.

Be careful around animals. They are farm animal and can kick, bite or move quickly, particularly when frightened or startled.

If you are allergic to animals, hay or straw, please plan accordingly.

Wash your hands before eating or touching food items. Remind children not to place their hands in their mouths without washing them first. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the complex.

Security and traffic management are provided by the Pennsylvania State Police. State troopers are continually touring the Show. They may also be reached on-site for emergency purposes by calling 717-787-4171.

Emergency Medical Technicians and a medical doctor are on-site during show hours. Emergency Medical Stations are clearly marked and located throughout the complex.

Coat check service is available in the Cameron Street lobby.

Dress appropriately. January can be very cold, and at times shuttle buses can be delayed due to traffic issues.
