Redding (Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture), the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank's Executive Director Joe Arthur, The GIANT Company's President Nicholas Bertram, Feed the Hood's and Confluence Catering's founder Chef Carlos A. Thomas, Penn State Harrisburg Marketing Professor Dr. Darrell Bartholomew, and Ree's & Kei's Mobile Cooking Teacher's founder Chef Keisha Prosser- the Mobile Cooking Teacher. The event will be moderated by DEP Press Secretary Jamar Thrasher.

Michael J. Ditchfield has earned his Master of Science degree in Education from Wilkes University and two undergraduate degrees from Pennsylvania College of Technology and the Culinary Institute of America.  Michael presently teaches Regional American Cuisine, Catering, Meat Fabrication, and Advanced Dining Room Management. 
Chef Darren Layre is a Pennsylvania College of Technology alumni and resides in Pittsburgh. He has worked with the Big Burrito Group since 2015 and recently helped open their Italian influenced restaurant Alta Via as Executive Sous Chef.
